Exchanging goods with Babici
We understand that sometimes customers choose the wrong size, that’s why we have a no problems attitude about exchanging goods at Babici. We do ask for a little help in making sure we all get it right up front. Please note that in fairness to all our customers our exchange terms are non-negotiable. Your request will be processed under the following terms. Babici's terms are strictly in accordance with Australia's Consumer Law. Please refer to ACCC.
1. Please refer to the size chart for correct sizes.
2. If you are unsure, please drop us a line at email@example.com before purchasing.
3. If you decide to exchange your purchase, we can only take it back if it has not been worn or laundered. Due to health reasons, garments that have been laundered cannot be exchanged or credited.
4. Exchanges can only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Not all products and sizes are always in stock. Sale items can not be exchanged.
5. All swing tags must remain intact and be kept in original condition and attached to the garments. Garments that are mistreated and not returned in a repackable condition will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned at the buyer's expense.
6. Babici accepts full responsibility for defects of products prior to usage and will exchange or provide a store credit for the purchase amount following Babici's inspection and determination of the defect in question.
7. Wear and tear are not considered a manufacturing defect and will not be dealt with as a warranty. Wear and tear determination is at Babici's discretion following an inspection.
8. Return shipping for exchanges is at purchasers expense. Simply include a self-addressed postbag within your return.
9. Exchange address returns to Babici Sydney PO Box 97 Mortdale NSW 2223 Australia.
10. Exchanges not containing a return post bag will be charged at mailing rate.
11. Returns for refunds will incur the shipping fee if Free shipping was offered on the order.
12. Change of mind will only incur a store credit. No refunds will be issued. Exchanges are for product only if in stock.
13. Detection of body odor, hair or washing detergents will void any exchanges or credits and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
14. Product tampering is highly discouraged as garment integrity is lost and all warranties are void. Tampering is easily detected and will be dealt with as an offense.
15. Strictly NO exchanges or returns available on SALE or discontinued items.
